• Full day hire of the 9 wedding themed mini golf holes.
• Set up at required time.
• Steel shaft, rubber club face mini golf putters. These come in 4 sizes (Adult 35", Junior 30", Junior 27" and Toddler 24").
• Low bounce multi coloured mini golf balls.
• Personalised score cards, clipboards and pencils.
• Drink pads on each hole so you can enjoy a drink on your way around the course.
• Take down.

2024 Pricing

• Full day hire is charged at £949.
• We require a £249 non refundable deposit to be paid upon booking.
• The remaining amount is due two months prior to the day.
• We request a £500 damage deposit that is refundable within a week of the day, providing there is no damage to the course and all equipment is returned. We will allow for general wear and tear.
• There may be a surcharge if the course needs a lot of levelling because of uneven ground or if we cannot park very close to where the course will be set up. Please let us know upon booking if you think either of these may be the case.

• The £249 deposit is non refundable.
• We accept cancellations up to 28 days prior to the day, however, you would lose your £249 deposit.
• If Portable Putters have to cancel in extreme circumstances you will receieve all of your money back. This would be very unlikely to happen.

• Our course is fully waterproof and can be played all year round.
• Some venues have space to set up the course indoors. If the venue allows, you have the option to request prior to the day, to set up the course indoors.
• If notified prior to the day we can try to source pop up gazebos/ marquees for you at an additional cost.
• If the weather changes for the worse during the day (very high winds, heavy snow, torrential rain, thunderstorms, flooding) Portable Putters reserve the right to close and dismantle the course at our discretion, for health, safety and insurance reasons.
